We love all the products we carry- we hope you will, too. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange of any product that is unopened, unused and in its original condition within 15 days of original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process a credit or exchange on sale items. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and we do not offer refunds.
Please follow these four steps to return your item:
1. Please email email@example.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN). In your email, you’ll need to provide your customer order number (you’ll find this on your order documents), as well as which items you wish to return and reason for return. We will not be able to process any returns that do not have a RAN.
2. Print your RAN on the return form you received with your original order documents. Once we furnish your RAN, print it in the space provided on the return form. Please let us know whether you’d like a credit or exchange. We will not be able to process returns that do not include this completed form, so please remember to include it in your return package along with the items being returned.
3. Return your package. Please make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same inner and outer packaging you received them in.
4. We’ll be in touch within 30 working days with your credit or exchange. Once we have received your items, we’ll confirm that they’re unopened, unused and in original condition, and process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges.
